New Campus Update: Moving Toward Spring 2027
God continues to bless Winnebago Lutheran Academy as we begin our 102nd year of ministry, serving 346 students. With gratitude for your prayers and support, we are preparing for the next step in our new campus initiative.
Water and utilities are in place, and excavation and site preparation are scheduled to be completed this October. Our goal is to begin construction of the Academic Building in spring 2027, including classrooms, a welcoming commons, a chapel/auditorium, and a gym.
The estimated cost is $50 million. With $25 million in financing secured and more than $18 million already raised in cash and pledges, our goal is to raise an additional $7 million by December 31, 2026.
Meeting this goal will help us build the Academic Building as currently designed. If we do not meet the goal, design adjustments may be necessary. Delaying construction would also require significant additional investment in our current campus, which faces $5 million in urgent maintenance needs.
